Having purchased both new construction and a fixer-upper (that might never be truly finished because I absolutely adore all things DIY!), I understand the varied needs and desires that come with home buying. As a Tri-Citian by heart, growing up in Pasco, I've witnessed the remarkable evolution of the Tri-Cities over the years. A proud graduate of Washington State University in Pullman (Go Cougs!), I initially pursued a career in education while earning a Masters in Educational Leadership from WSU Tri-Cities. After dedicating 18 years to teaching and school administration, I decided to shift gears to spend more quality time with my husband, daughter, and twin sons.

My love for real estate isn't just professional—it's deeply personal. While growing up, Sundays were dedicated to exploring various neighborhoods with my dad, a skilled house hunter always on the lookout for the "diamond in the rough." Raised in a family of contractors, I learned to see beyond the surface of a home, appreciating the potential with a little love and creativity. With this foundation, browsing home listings evolved from a pastime into a true passion during my career in education.

Now, with a heart full of appreciation for all things "home," I've channeled my skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving, honed in education, into providing exceptional service for my clients.
